Delivery to USA & Canada

Shipping is free to the USA and Canada. Typical transit is 7–15 business days after dispatch; allow an additional 1–4 business days for order processing. Import duties may be charged depending on the item and destination region. Free shipping does not mean duties are included.

Where is my order?

Keep your order confirmation and order number. If you created an account when ordering, visit My account to view your order status. An order status alone is not a delivery scan; carrier tracking is the reference once a parcel has shipped.

For an order question, include the order number and the email used at checkout. Never send a card number, banking details or account password.

A part is missing or damaged

For a missing part, prepare your order number, supplier SKU from the product page, the instruction step and a clear photo or part reference. The supplier covers the cost and shipping of confirmed missing parts. Damaged items and other problems need a separate review; please keep the packaging and photos.

Before choosing a set

Am I buying a physical kit or a PDF?

Each product page identifies the format. A building-instructions listing is a digital PDF only and does not include bricks or physical parts. Physical-kit listings describe what will be shipped.

How do I find a gift within my budget?

Start with buildings and places, vehicles and machines, or display and characters. Use the homepage interest and budget finder to narrow the collection. All listed prices are in USD.

Is a set suitable for a particular age?

Use the product’s verified age guidance and warnings when available. An interest or gift recommendation does not establish age suitability. Age labels, piece counts, dimensions and packaging for this local catalog still need verification.

What should I include when I contact support?

Include your Next Gen Toy Store order number and the email address used at checkout. Never send payment-card details, account passwords or banking information.

Packaging your gift

Unless a product explicitly states otherwise, kits are supplied without the original retail box and are repacked for shipping. Consider this when choosing a gift. Photos show the model; they do not guarantee retail gift packaging.
